- ➤ Clark County commissioners unanimously passed a resolution on Jan. 19 opposing the 1,900-acre Sloopy Solar project in Harmony Township due to concerns over farmland use and community impact. The project by Invenergy will now move to review by the Ohio Power Siting Board. WYSO
