  • At a Clark County school, more than 70 kindergarten through third grade students will receive free eyeglasses from the OhioSEE program, a state initiative bringing onsite vision exams and glasses to schools.   • Wittenberg University received a $1,103,315 grant from the Ohio Department of Development to upgrade energy efficiency on campus, including LED lighting at the Science Center and a new chiller for Tower Hall and Firestine Hall.   • Ohio Department of Agriculture expanded quarantine zones to include Preble & Clark counties after sightings of the invasive box tree moth threatened local boxwoods.
