COMMUNITY NEWS

  • Early morning storms on March 15 caused nearly 1400 homes to lose power across Miami Valley and utility crews are working hard to restore service.  WHIO

GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • Springfield will begin its annual street sweeping program Monday with Dayton Sweeping Service and will clear one side of each street so residents can park on the opposite side — the program will sweep the entire city in three months starting in the southwest quadrant and moving clockwise, with no parking signs posted one day before sweeping that will be adjusted if weather delays the schedule.  Springfield News-Sun
