- ➤ Springfield Sports Academy started a drive-thru food pantry at 501 S. Wittenberg Ave. today that runs from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. for drive-up and walk-up service—its grand opening in May and plans for extended hours aim to support families with food access and involve partners such as Second Harvest Food Bank and the Accel School network. - ➤ Cedarville University received a $1.05 million Choose Ohio First grant to expand scholarship access for students in STEMM fields such as allied health, biology, chemistry, molecular biology and nursing. The grant provides annual scholarships to 110 students and supports work-based learning through research, internships and clinical training—helping students connect with local companies.
