EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Springfield City School District held a tour of The Dome to show community programs and career opportunities for students. Visitors saw hands-on labs and afterschool spaces including the Tiffany gym (set to be used for athletics) and John Legend Theater where creative workshops take place. Springfield News-Sun
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ ODOT announced that the busy I-75 ramp will be closed for two months for reconstruction as part of an ongoing highway project. Motorists are advised to use alternate routes during the work period. WHIO
- ➤ Ohio Power Siting Board staff recommended denying the proposed Sloopy Solar facility application in Clark County; if approved, the project will supply power to up to 33,000 homes by 2028 — despite opposition from county commissioners. Springfield News-Sun
