  • On Mother's Day morning, Springfield will host the inaugural Rikki-Lynn Warrior Foundation 5K Walk & Run at 9 a.m. Sunday, May 10 to honor Rikki-Lynn, who died from cancer in August 2025, and to raise funds for scholarships and community programs.  Springfield News-Sun
