County Line Road in Clark County left Robert Thomas (20) from Urbana and passenger Megan Branam (26) from Springfield dead at approximately 10:54 p.m.; one passenger was airlifted to Miami Valley Hospital while the driver was treated at Springfield Regional Medical Center as officials investigate potential speeding or impaired driving.
