- ➤ Clark County Commissioners approved a rezoning on Dayton-Springfield Road near Enon that lets an indoor self-storage facility join an existing restaurant while adding a laundromat and coffee shop. The vote passed 3-0 last week as the owners work to lower rents and improve commercial space—bringing a new option to the local market. Springfield News-Sun
