🎭 Culture
The Rose City Witches will join the international I Dance with Witches movement on Thursday, Apr.
30. The free event takes place at 5 p.m. in the alley beside the Heritage Center and Myers Market in downtown to celebrate peace, love and unity — open to all ages.
🎓 Education
Northwestern Elementary's ROX program teaches girls to stand up for themselves through a 20-week course covering conflict resolution (and other skills), and the board awarded the participants with certificates and Northwestern Voyager Challenge coins during a recent meeting.
Only 10 girls join each session to build trust and confidence.
