- ➤ Clark County Land Bank, Park District & local community stakeholders are planning to revitalize the southwest side of Springfield with a new park at 504 W. Euclid Ave that will have basketball and pickleball courts, a playground, swing sets, and other play equipment. They will also build an apartment development near the sunflower field and 10 single-family homes as part of efforts that have already allocated $500,000 with additional donations sought to complete the project.
