The New Carlisle Rotary honored three Clark County educators for Outstanding Teacher of the Year awards by giving them commemorative bells made by a local teacher+ Beth Stasiak from Northwestern Jr./Sr. High School, along with Angie Jones and Amy Moore from Tecumseh schools, were recognized for their commitment to teaching.
