- ➤ 15-year-old Chloe Walker suffered severe burns during a school science experiment at Greeneview High School. Local businesses raised funds today at Jamestown Café and Small Town Roots Salon and Spa (accepting cash and hair donations) to help her family. WHIO

- ➤ Shawnee High School senior Micah Echols, a Springfield native, is graduating at the top of his class today and will attend Ohio State University for electrical computer engineering — he also received a $40,000 Amazon Future Engineer Scholarship. Springfield News-Sun
- ➤ Northeastern High School senior Lindsey Heskett overcame mental health challenges to graduate with straight A’s while balancing extracurriculars and personal growth.
