  • ➤ County Administrator Jenny Hutchinson said officials are asking Springfield residents for help locating a 50-year-old time capsule buried at the A.B. Graham Building. They have scanned the area with a metal detector and reviewed old photos and paperwork — any information is welcome to help solve the mystery.  Springfield News-Sun
