The Stronger Together fundraiser for three local nonprofits is moving ahead despite a recent storm that damaged a 60 by 220 tent — now replaced with a 40 by 80 tent — and local volunteers including football teams are working hard to ensure the event raises funds for student scholarships, leadership programs and essential community services.

Art Ball 2025 will be held at the Springfield Museum of Art on Aug.

25 with a fresh look that mixes tradition with modern style—ticket sales have begun. The event will start at 6 p.m. with a cocktail hour, dinner in the galleries, and live music to support museum programs and community outreach.

Bree Hall, a Wayne High School graduate—drafted by the Indiana Fever in April—was waived before the preseason ended.
