After 25 years with the Clark County Literacy Coalition, executive director David Smiddy and Teaching Children to Read program coordinator Mary Ann Jung retired, effective Wednesday.
The center, now in downtown Springfield at the Metropolis on W. High St., will adjust its hours & operations to serve students.
