At the Clark County Commission meeting, Pedraza presented the ALICE report, which shows that almost 43% of households (including 56% in Springfield) cannot cover basic costs as rising expenses and stagnant wages force families to make hard choices.
The report, last conducted in 2023, found that over 21,000 households have fallen deeper into financial hardship.

They must gather 415,000 valid signatures for each measure by July 2026.
