- ➤ Springfield police are investigating a Monday night shooting after a man sustained a gunshot wound to his lower right leg while passing through the parking lot of the Springfield-Clark Career Technology Center on Selma Road—officers treated him and transported him to Mercy Health as they followed a blood trail away from the original scene.
