ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ Cleanup efforts began after a possible tornado damaged homes, trees, and powerlines in the Northridge area north of Moorefield Road on Saturday evening—residents and Ohio Hope Builders worked to clear debris and assess the damage. WHIO
CRIME NEWS
- ➤ Springfield police teamed with the Clark County Sheriff’s Office, Ohio State Highway Patrol, and other agencies from July 2 to July 11 to seize cocaine, fentanyl, and handguns—making six felony arrests on July 8 with three firearms and about four grams of suspected cocaine and later recovering a kilogram of cocaine, a key of fentanyl, and a handgun. - ➤ Cleanup continued in Clark County after a strong storm caused damage from a possible tornado last Saturday — neighbors and volunteers cleared debris and blocked driveways while Sheriff Chris Clark reported significant damage to homes and power lines.
