A Lebanon man — Jason A.
Milliner, 50 — is indicted for aggravated vehicular homicide after his red Chevrolet Silverado struck Michael Rae Kenneth Wise, 36, who was outside his silver Chevy Ateo on the shoulder of Ohio 72 just after 1:50 p.m., and was pronounced dead at the scene; Milliner was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries and is set for arraignment on Sept. 12 at Clark County Common Pleas Court.
Lottery officials report that the next Powerball drawing is Wednesday night with an $815 million jackpot and a cash option of $367.9 million—winners must choose between a lump sum or a 30-year annuity, and Ohio residents who opt for the lump sum will net about $217,061,000 after taxes.
