A Greene County village earned the title of Ohio’s most charming small community after meeting criteria that limit candidates to residents numbering 25,000 or fewer (the requirement for the small town list).
Local officials say the honor highlights the village’s unique character and quality of life.

Ohio will soon launch a Pediatric Complex Care and Navigation Program to help families manage pediatric cancer treatment following the loss of 20-year-old Jayden Zurlinden of West Chester Twp.
Gov. Mike DeWine outlined the plan at a Sept. 1 press conference & health officials are hiring staff for the program.

The Halloween Chocolatey Eyeballs candy from Crystal Temptations was recalled by the FDA for undeclared milk; no illnesses were reported.
Residents who bought it from local stores like Marshalls, TJ Maxx and Homegoods should discard the candy and contact Crystal Temptations with proof of purchase for a refund.
