- ➤ Clark State has launched a 9-1-1 Communication Dispatch Academy to train operators and meet local workforce needs. The program runs Oct 27—Dec 10 at the Clark State Xenia Campus, costs $2,000, and holds classes Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Clark State College
