- ➤ Downtown Springfield will host its eighth annual trick-or-treat event on Oct. 24 led by City Commissioner Tracey Tackett through her business Sip & Dipity — organizers will close parts of Fountain Avenue and nearby streets for music by DJ Chill, a witches alley with potion making, a new witches dance, and a best witch award in memory of Julee Livingston while collecting donations for Project Woman. - ➤ All-In Nutritionals, a Springfield-based nutrition and wellness company, announced it is expanding its 33-acre campus at 5060 S. Pink Powder Puff 'Boo Away Cancer'
The NE FFA will be holding our 13 Annual Pink Powder Puff event on Saturday, October 25th at 2:30 PM at Conover field to benefit the Breast Cancer Endowment Fund of Clark/Champaign Counties. Over the last 12 years, we have raised over $143,000 for the endowment. Along with the football games, we will have chicken and noodles in the concessions plus raffle and silent auction items, admission is just $5 per person.
