- ➤ Governor DeWine announced that The Constant Company will open a new data center in Springfield—creating 20 full-time jobs and an estimated $1.5 million in annual payroll—and that the project received a 50 percent, 10-year tax exemption from the Tax Credit Authority, though construction has no set start date yet.
