Springfield High School students with disabilities in the Transition Program are interning at Villa Springfield Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center to build workforce skills in a simulated workplace called the PAES Lab.
The program—started in 2015—supports 60 students as they learn tasks like cleaning and folding laundry to prepare for future careers.
