- ➤ The CDC reported that more than 36% of Ohioans are classified as obese, which makes Ohio one of the states with the worst obesity rates. A WalletHub study ranked Ohio as the 12th worst for obesity and 6th worst for overweight kids, pointing to a serious health challenge. WHIO
