- ➤ Traci Wright, a Springfield mortgage member care rep, answered an out-of-state call on Aug 18 and noticed the caller's words were jumbled, so she quickly contacted security and the sheriff’s office. Police and medics later found the woman on her kitchen floor with a brain bleed, and Wright received the Moment of Impact Award—restoring her sense of purpose after losing her son.
