- ➤ Northwestern High School won Clark State College’s first Agriculture Quiz Bowl when nine high schools competed in subjects ranging from animal science to crop production. - ➤ Springfield school district reported high staffing expenses and a fiscal deficit this year, prompting the decision to close the School of Innovation to manage costs.
