Service providers (including Clark County Job and Family Services and Rocking Horse) note that while numbers fell by up to 63%, community engagement remains steady amid uncertain future legal status. - ➤ Conscious Connect CDC is marking 10 years of changing urban spaces in Southwest Ohio by turning vacant lots into parks, establishing literacy programs and launching housing projects. - ➤ County Commissioners approved a rezoning request today for a truck terminal and drop yard with 50 parking spaces at the corner of Urbana and Willow roads in Moorefield Twp near Navistar, with owner REX 5600 LLC and applicant Crown Auto Leasing LLC winning a 2-1 vote. The Planning Commission set conditions for water connection, septic review and traffic analysis to ease local concerns about extra traffic, noise and lighting. Springfield News-Sun
